The Broadus Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Field Office is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Emeline.
Elizabeth is a PRCDHS graduate, and recent graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences focused in Fish and Wildlife Management Ecology. She is returning to Broadus to begin her role as the American Bird Conservancy's Northern Plains Conservation Specialist on November 5th. She is excited to work closely with landowners and land managers to implement land stewardship activities in southeast Montana that enhance habitat for grassland birds while maintaining sustainable land use.
Through the collaborative effort between American Bird Conservancy and the NRCS, Elizabeth will be delivering conservation technical assistance and financial assistance programs of the NRCS that are of mutual interest to American Bird Conservancy. Elizabeth hopes to improve and enhance education and outreach regarding conservation affecting grassland birds.
