The Broadus Elementary Christmas Concert took place Monday. Second graders perform "Holiday Family Photo". For those looking to see more youth holiday performances, the Biddle School is holding their Christmas program on December 20th at 5 pm.
The Broadus Elementary's Christmas concert was themed "A Karaoke Christmas" this year, with the 6th graders MC'ing the event in front of a packed house on Monday. Performances included:
6th Grade Band - I Heard the Bells by Longfellow/ Calkin, Regal March arr. by Elledge, The Holidays Are Here by Nowlin
5th Grade Band - Good King Wenceslas, Jingle Bells, and Up on the Housetop arr. by Maxey
6th Grade - Karaoke Christmas by Beck, Carol of the Bells by Trans Siberian Orchestra
Kindergarten - A Hat for My Snowman and Snowmen Can't March by Jennings
5th Grade - Frosty Hand Jive arr. by Gallina and Joy to the World by Watts/Riggio
1st Grade - Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer by Marks and Christmas Cookies by Jennings
4th Grade - I Love the Lights by Jennings and a tradtional rendering of O Christmas Tree
3rd Grade - Everlasting Fruitcake by Riggio, Jingle Bell Rock by Beal/ Boothe
2nd Grade - Christmas Card by Riggio, Holiday Family Photo by Crowell
