Commissioner Lori Fortner called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s office, Powder River County Courthouse. Commissioners John Olson was present and Lee Randall absent.

Commissioners reviewed and approved the consent agenda.

Andy Schwab, Northern Ag Livestock, conducted interviews with Raymond Ragsdale, Sheriff Boman and commissioners to discuss the recent fires.

Clerk and Recorder Cynde Jo Gatlin presented a request by the Chamber of Commerce to use the courthouse lawn for the Fall Festival. Commissioners approved.

Josie Goggin, Tri-County Representative, met with the board to discuss speech therapist options. Commissioner Fortner and Clerk and Recorder will do research on options and get back to Josie on the findings.

Board of Health meeting began in the commissioner’s office with Taylor Price, Kylie Randall, Jami Jo Schroeder, Abbey Barnhart, Damian Desatoff, Devin Boman, Denni Schuetzle, Commissioners Fortner and Olson, and Clerk and Recorder Cynde Jo Gatlin present.

Superintendent of Schools Molly Lloyd met with the board to present the FY24-25 school budgets for Biddle, South Stacey, Broadus Elementary and PRCDHS schools. The commissioners signed the budgets.

After hearing no further public comments, the board adjourned at 12:00 p.m.

Commissioner Chair Lee Randall called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s office, Powder River County Courthouse. Commissioners Lori Fortner and John Olson were present.

Commissioners reviewed and approved the consent agenda.

Great West Engineering Brandon Duffy and SDI Architect Brandon Jahnsen met with the commissioners to review, prioritize and finalize the Capital Improvement Plan.

Meeting adjourned at 12:00 p.m.

Commissioner Lori Fortner called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s office, Powder River County Courthouse. Commissioners Lori Fortner and John Olson were present.

Commissioners reviewed and approved the consent agenda.

Road Supervisor Teel Mullinax met with the board to conduct a general update on his department. He reported on binding for the roads that has been placed on the West Powderville Road for testing.

During the day claims were reviewed and approved for payment of various county departmental expenses as submitted by the Clerk & Recorder’s office.

Clerk and Recorder Cynde Jo Gatlin met with the board to discuss bulk fuel tank location options for the county. Teel Mullanix joined the meeting.

Clerk and Recorder Cynde Jo Gatlin presented the FY25 Budget Document to be approved and signed. The commissioners signed the document.

Commissioners then left the office to scout fuel tank locations.

Kylie Randall cancelled the scheduled meeting due to scheduling conflict.

Commissioners then left the office to tour road projects.

Commissioners adjourned meeting at 5:00 p.m.
