Powder River Public Health has the the 2024-25 Influenza Trivalent (injectable and intranasal) and COVID Moderna Spikevax 2024-25 available. PRPH will be holding an off-site Vaccination Clinic for both Flu and Covid Vaccines October 9th at the Community Center from 3pm-6pm.
The public health nurse will also be at the schools on October 8th, so if you have a child in school, who you wish to be vaccinated against Influenza, please complete the paperwork/permission for that to be done. The paperwork should be available at the school office or Public Health/Medical Clinic, if it does not make it home with your child/children. There is also a QR code/Link availble to fill this out online this year (flu only).
Additional vaccination clinics may be held through October and November, but if you want vaccinated and are unable to attend the Community Vaccination Clinic, please call Public Health at 406-436-2297 to make an appointment. Also, talk with your provider or Public health about RSV, Pneumococcal, and Shingles Vaccines.
