Art & Soul is excited to reveal their 2024 Collaborative project, inspired by local photographer Jimmy Collin's photo, which depicts a wonderful scene of a cowboy rounding up his galloping horse herd. Portions of the scene were interpreted and created beautifully in various mediums by eleven of our talented Art & Soul members: Connie Barnhart, Ann Emmons, Gaylene Fortner, Ronda Gatlin, Sonja Harrington, Susan Jerke, Kate Ruland, Lana Kay Smith, Jan Stevens, Laura Lee Ullrich, and Blondie Woolston.
The Art & Soul Collaborative Artwork will be on display at the library. Raffle tickets can be purchased from Art & Soul members for $10 each. A free ticket will be given with a $20 purchase from art vendors during the "Studio Harvest" Art Show and Sale (limit of 5 free tickets).
A very lucky winner will be drawn on Oct. 12th at 5:30 pm near the conclusion of the "Studio Harvest" show in conjunction with the town's Harvest Fest activities. The winner does not need to be present to win. The proceeds will be used to bring in artist workshops for members and the community.
The "Studio Harvest" Art show and sale will be Saturday October 12th in the Courthouse Lobby from 10 am - 6 pm.
