Powder River County Transit recently received a 9 passenger 2023 E350 Ford Transit Van. The van is ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible and can transport up to two wheelchairs. In the picture is Christy Olson, Transit Coordinator, as well as drivers Les Thompson, Raquel Mader, & Cedar Knapp. All of our drivers are doing a great job.
We are also looking forward to being able to provide more Dial-A-Ride Services to the local residents.
This service is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Call the office at 406-436-2243 to arrange a ride in town to run your personal errands. You could make a trip to the bank, clinic, post office, or the grocery store. All Dial-A-Rides are $1.
Also, please don't forget our Public Transit Service that we offer from Monday through Friday with our fare rate of $30 to Miles City and all others towns we service of $40. Seniors (60+) and disabled are 1/2 priced. Please request your appointment times between 10:00 to 1:00.
