Results From The T-Ball/Coach Pitch Games

The games were held Monday, June 24, 2024

All games were 4 innings - 1st inning was T-ball, the next 3 innings the coach pitched for ages 8-10, and 6-7 year-olds used a T for all innings.

The first game was: Powder River Petals, 11, vs. Yellowstone Bank, 8. The second game was: Yellowstone Bank, 4, vs. Broadus Insurance, 2. The third game was: Powder River Petals 8, vs. Broadus Insurance, 7. This was a very exciting game as it was tied 7-7 after three innings and the Petals scored 1 run in the top of the 4th while Broadus Insurance rallied with 2 out and 2 on, then the tying run was tagged out at the plate. The P.R. Petals were undefeated for the season.

Thank you to the parents, coaches, umpires (especially Ronnie Richards and Matt Zellers), concession workers, and most of all the players for a great season. Thank you to the city for mowing the field. A list of players and coaches as well as pictures of the teams will be provided.

All of the players at the end of the tournament received a metal hat baseball pin and an ice cream cone with ice cream donated by Larry Woolston from the IGA - a big thank you, it was appreciated.

Parents please turn in all baseball uniform tops to Broadus Insurance, ASAP. Players keep practicing your baseball skills - see you next year.
