Hawk Football Falls To Chinook

Broadus played Chinook at a neutral field in Lavina last week. Broadus lost 40-18, falling to 1-5 overall. We did not receive team stats from the coaching staff, such has been the case all year. Jayce Schroeder threw for 75 yards, going 6 of 8 on passes, and throwing for two touchdowns, including connecting with Justin Aye for a 29 yard pass for a touchdown. Broadus suffered several injuries during the game, and on Monday the practice featured several ambulatory attendees who were not dressed out including Baylor Kuhbacher, Reuben Kinzer, and Jackson Knapp, who was hurt the week prior.

Broadus now faces Park City this Thursday. Park City shares the Hawks’ 1-2 conference record, and is 2 and 3 overall. We will publish stats from the Chinook game as space allows.
