This is just a quick reminder that the Health Fair is scheduled for Wednesday, April 19 and Thursday, April 20, 2023 at the Community Center and the last day to pre-register is April 13th. There are only a few slots left on both days so call ASAP to reserve your time. Please drink plenty of water the day before and that morning while you take your morning pills. We ask that you fast, no food after midnight to insure an accurate testing of your blood.
We offer a variety of blood tests, the Chemistry Panel, Lipid Panel, CBC, TSH, PSA, HGB A1c for diabetics and Vitamin D. These are all screening tests and we remind you to take the results to your healthcare provider for review when you receive your results the next week. These will be at the clinic and if you wish to have your spouse pick them up, send a signed note saying to do that or bring a stamped addressed envelope and we will mail them to you.
We ask that you are pre-paid and registered by April 13, 2023 as this allows for the paperwork to be completed. Please call 406-436-2651 for questions and to sign up.
