Powder River Therapy Services (the Manor Physical Therapy Department) is now certified in the Astym system, an option for treating tendon pain and soft tissue dysfunction. Both Kylie Randall and Rhonda Rosencranz have undergone the intensive training and study to become certified in the new therapy which has been scientifically developed to target the actual cause of soft tissue pain, rather than just the symptoms. The Astym system is used to treat tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, achilles and patellar tendonitis, scar tissue problems, and other soft tissue dysfunctions.
