Junior High Music Students traveled to Colstrip on March 31 to attend Junior High Music Festival. The students had been preparing solos, and ensembles. The choir and band started the day with two songs a piece. They received positive comments from the adjudicators. After these performances, students then went on to play their other pieces. The judges for the day were Jim Firestone, Trey Croft, and Bart Bailey from Colstrip and Rohn Ratliff from Miles City. They gave the students helpful hints on how to improve their playing and singing. The music department would like to thank Charlee Kuhbacher and Libby Nisley for chaperoning, and Adam Opstedahl for the safe drive there and back.
