This year’s winners of the Powder River Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture’s Christmas Lighting Concert was a combined group. The Wilbur Avenue “Griswald Street”, consisting of decorations by Rich & Melinda Biesheuvel, Scott Cain & Mary Bordeaux, and the Allan Reaves Family. The combined decorations cover both sides of the street, and are visible when turning off Hwy 212 to the south, one block west of the intersection.
The second place winner was Tavy Turnbough, whose decorations cover the hillside when looking north from the highway intersection. Third place went to the decorations of Levi & Crystal Mitchell, and Bucky & Sharon Billing, at their homes in Crane Acres. Honorable mentions went to Tim & Debbie Lanke, Ken & Kelly Babb, Sue & Johnny Richards, Dennis & Bonnie Lyda, and Carolyn Williams.
The winners of the event received gift certificates to Carquest, as well as a custom made Christmas lights winner t-shirt.
Gardner & Billing CPAs was the winner of the business holiday lighting contest.
