Chairman Lee Randall called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s office, Powder River County Courthouse. Commissioners Donna Giacometto and John Olson were present.
8:45 a.m. - Teel Mullanix, Road Supervisor, stopped in to check on paperwork for the FLAP grant.
9:00 a.m. - The board conducted administrative duties. Board signed Task Order Amendment Number One -Task Order for COVID Immunizations. Services Task Order 22-07-4-31-134-0.
10:00 a.m. - Discussion continued on county’s EMS department.
11:00 a.m. - FLAP discussion.
12:00 to 1:00 - Commissioners adjourned for lunch.
1:00 p.m. - Pre-Bid Conference Moorhead Bridge. Great West Engineer Brandon Duffy, Julie Stoddard, Teel Mullanix, Brian Hoyle, Olivia, Adolph, and Russ Robertson present. The project contract was reviewed and Duffey presented expectations by the contract. 10% bid security required.
2:00 p.m. - Great West Engineer Brandon Duffy, Julie Stoddard and Teel Mullanix stayed in Commissioner’s office to discuss the Pilgrim Creek Bridge, Horse Creek Bridge and Little Powder River Bridge Projects.
2:45 p.m. - Local resident Bill Alderman stopped in to discuss COVID and the community.
3:00 p.m. - Continuation of approval of claims.
3:20 p.m. - Donna Giacometto left the meeting to attend interview at nursing home and returned at 4:15 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - Administrative duties.
Upon hearing no further public comment meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
Commissioners will meet again at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 4 at the Jesse Ambulance building for a joint meeting with First Responders.
