Golf Tourney Draws 52 Golfers

Winners of "The Tournament", held last weekend at Rolling Hills Golf Course, were Grant Saultman and Todd Mattson, both of Gillette. The event featured 52 players making up 26 teams of golfers vying for the specially made trophies.

This weekend the vaunted Spencer Damm Golf Tournament will take place. This year, the format will be a couples tournament, with morning and afternoon tee times. Players will be able to play in both shifts, but must have different partners for the second shift. In years past a calcutta was held to raise money for the Spencer Damm Memorial Fund, but this year a 50/50 raffle will be held, along with mulligans available for purchase. The 50/50 will be open for everyone from the public, giving a non-golfer a chance to contribute to the fund and also have a chance of winning some money.
