Broadus High School Rough Stock Challenge

The Broadus High School Rough Stock Challenge, held during the fair, showcased a host of talent of up and coming rodeo athletes. Quanah Glade of Miles City won top honors in the saddle bronc riding with a 74-point ride. Talon Elshere placed second with 68 points, Cardell Laughery was third with 64 points, followed by Garrett Cunningham of Broadus and Parker Manor.

Thayne Elshere of Hereford, SD, was the sole rider to make the 8-second whistle in bull riding to claim the champion jacket.

A Match Bronc Ride concluded the evening, with college competitors Bo Vocu and Tate Harmon taking on the High School Challenge winner, Quanah Glade. Local cowboy Tate Harmon won the event.
