As we reported several weeks ago, the collection box at the Post Office in Broadus has been removed temporarily for construction on the sidewalk outside the post office. According to personnel with the USPS, when the work is complete the box will be returned to its location.
The box removal is not associated with the widely reported collection box removal at many other post offices around the country.
