Corn Salad on the Mountain
1-12 oz. can white whole kernel corn, drained
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. creamy Italian salad dressing, or to your desire
In a mixing bowl, stir together corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and onions. Add salad dressing. Best if refrigerated overnight. Serve cold with meal or crackers.
