Commissioners met for their weekly meeting with all members present.
Meeting was called to order.
No public comment was received at this time.
Consent agenda – Rod moved, Donna seconded this motion, all in favor, motion carried. Consent agenda approved
Road Supervisor, Teel Mullanix, met with the board for his weekly meeting. They reviewed the 2021 gas tax maps and called the state to discuss the discrepancies found. The state will review and update the request by Powder River County and the Commissioners agreed to sign maps. Gravel crushing was discussed.
Board reviewed and discussed the proposed landfill fee changes. The board will continue to work on the proposal
Medical Administrator, Sean Hill met with board. Hill reported the clinic will start offering IV therapy at clinic along with training for back up x-ray techs. PT department at Manor is doing well and the facelift at the clinic continues.
Bid opening for Sheriff’s Office remodel. No bids were received.
Public hearing for the CDBG Grant took place at 3:00 p.m. in the election room. Full set of CDBG minutes may be reviewed at the Clerk and Recorders office.
The board then met with Karen Amende to discuss landfill history.
The Clerk and Recorder met with Commissioners to review the fire plan for the adjoining offices for the upcoming meeting with DES.
No public comment was heard at this time.
