Information on Rural Schools Wanted

The Powder River Historical Museum is putting together information on all the schools built in Powder River County. Dee Talcott and Molly Lloyd are gathering any information you may have about any of the 94 school districts located in Powder River County. Pictures of the past school, present pictures of the school and any information about the building and where the school is now located would be appreciated. You may also drop the information off at the Powder River County Courthouse in the Clerk and Recorder’s Office. If you know of people who happen to have information about the Powder River County Schools, please let Dee or Molly know so that they can make contact with them and get this valuable information recorded before it is forgotten forever.
