Powder River Rising Stars December Meeting

Before the meeting we worked on our record books. On December 18, 2019, President Reuben Kinzer called the meeting to order in the Election Room. Garrett Cunningham led the pledges. We had roll call with 4-H trivia questions. There were 11 members, 2 leaders, 4 parents, and 1 guest present. Secretary's and Treasurer's reports were read. In old business we set a time and place to meet for our club fun day. We also decided to eat lunch in Gillette on that day. In new business we discussed fair themes and nominated people for the fair book dedication. Heather Cunningham reminded us that officer training and mini congress was December 29. She also announced that the older kids could apply to go to Washington D.C. through 4-H. The Emmons family provided snacks. The next meeting will be on January 16, 2020. Garrett Cunningham moved to adjourn the meeting. After the meeting we played a game and exchanged Christmas gifts.
