High School Rodeo Results

The week leading up to the Wibaux High School Rodeo saw significant rain hit the Wibaux area. The committee in Wibaux made the decision to move the rodeo to Glendive at the J and A arena to be held in conjunction with the college rodeo.

Additionally a few of the Broadus Rodeo Members made the decision to attend the Bozeman High School Rodeo that weekend.

Results:

Bozeman

Day one Harley Meged won the Breakaway Roping, Goat Tying and Pole Bending as well as 4th place in Barrel Racing and 3rd Team Roping with fellow rodeo club member Tele Harmon. Harley rounded out the weekend on Sunday with 6th in the Goat Tying and 2nd in the Pole Bending.

Glendive

Day one Chalee Harms won the Barrel Racing and Pole Bending with a 2nd place finish in Breakaway Roping and 3rd Goat Tying. Garrett Cunningham placed 2nd on his Saddle Bronc Horse. Ashley Bilbrey and Snip were back to running the poles with a 3rd place finish and 8th in Barrel Racing. Sunday Chalee Harms was 3rd in the Barrel Racing and 4th in Goat Tying. Garrett won the Saddle Bronc riding. Kortny Cathey gathered points in the Team Roping with a 4th place finish with teammate Bryce Grebe from Melstone. Ashley Bilbrey placed 4th in Barrel Racing, 2nd in Breakaway and 8th in Pole Bending.
