Sign up for the Freedom Run set for July 4th

Bring friends and walk or run the 4th of July Freedom Run. The 5-mile race/walk begins at 7:00 a.m., and the 1-mile race/walk begins at 8:00 a.m. Both races start on the west side of Cottonwood Park located in Broadus.

Registration is $30 and includes a t-shirt. Prizes will be given for the first place finishers in both races for both male and female divisions.

Registration forms are available at the Broadus IGA, Powder River Petals, the Henry Malley Memorial Library, the Powder River County Extension Office or online at http://www.powderrivertrails.com. To have a t-shirt by race day, register at the Extension Office by Thursday, June 27th. Proceeds from the trail help build a trail system in Broadus. The run is being organized and sponsored by the Powder River Trails organization and the School Community Development Council.
