The Broadus VFW would like your support with some improvement projects that are needed to our community’s VFW Hall.
In order for the VFW Hall to continue to provide a safe and welcoming environment for local wedding celebrations, class and family reunions, public benefits for area families, and funeral luncheons, the building will need to have some improvements done in the near future. Those include a new roof to continue to provide shelter for community gatherings, stucco siding to replace the old and hail damaged siding of years past and also to lower the building’s utility expenses, and then new handicapped bathrooms to accommodate our population’s modern needs.
That is why the VFW is planning their first St. Patrick’s Luncheon to once again bring together family and friends getting together and visiting over a locally prepared meal.
This special event will take place on Friday, March 15, 2019 at the VFW Hall. Tables will be decorated and the public will be welcomed to come from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, to indulge themselves with Irish Soups, Salads and Desserts of Irish descent.
If you are unable to come to the VFW Hall to dine with your family and friends, then a delivery to your business or residence can be arranged just by calling Sue Richards at (406)740-2896, and ordering your meal as a to-go.
