The Best Christmas Gift I’ve Ever Given...
The best Christmas gift I’ve ever given was a necklace to my mother. It had a cross on it and she was very excited. When she opened it she absolutely loved it. It was laced with diamonds.

The best Christmas gift I’ve ever given is a picture of a horse that I colored. My mother said, “Thank you,” and gave me a big hug.

The best Christmas gift I’ve ever given was a bike to my mom. Last Christmas we were talking about getting my mom a bike so we could go bike riding together. On Christmas Eve we were opening presents and I looked out our window and I saw a big, tall, blue, black, and silver bike. It also had a red bow.

My Favorite Christmas Traditions…
My family has some Christmas Traditions. One of them is cutting down a Christmas tree. Last year we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Thomas’ to get a tree. We also got a Christmas tree for Grandma and Grandpa Hagedorn. It was smaller than ours though because grandma wanted a tree smaller than ours. Another tradition we do is hanging our stockings for Santa. I like our traditions.

What we do on Christmas is we decorate. We help my grandma Tammy at the school. We will have Christmas at our house this year. Then we will go to my other grandma’s house. On Christmas day we will open presents.

Our favorite Christmas tradition is going to my grandma’s and grandpa’s house. Every year we go to my grandma’s and grandpa’s on Christmas Eve and open presents.

One tradition we do at my grandma’s house is Dirty Bingo. How you play Dirty Bingo is you have to set the timer for an hour. Another thing you have is pie pans and dice and there are prizes in the middle. You have to roll doubles to get a prize. It is a really fun game! You should try it.

What Christmas Means to Me…
Christmas means that Jesus was born. We get to open presents. We like going sledding and snowmobiling and having snowball fights.

For me Christmas is all about family. On Christmas we always spend time opening presents with my aunt, uncle, cousin, grandma, grandpa, sisters, mom, and dad. We also have games and eat together. Christmas means a lot to me.

To me Christmas means Jesus was born and all the fun. I love opening gifts, going sledding, and making marshmallows.

Christmas means to me that Jesus was born and you are giving to people, not getting presents. My favorite holiday is Christmas because you get to give people presents.

You need to have a Christmas to have a happy tradition to make you happy. Giving someone something they love or want makes me happy. I love Christmas especially when you open presents with your family and friends. It was also Jesus’s birthday.

Christmas means to celebrate Christ’s birthday. Also to remember St. Nick, not the flying reindeer guy. I mean Saint Nick where long ago a bad king ruled. He made a law where you can’t share. So at night when they hung their wet socks by a fireplace, Old Nick would sneak in and put coins in their socks. That’s why we pretend Santa Clause is real - honor Saint Nick!
