The drawing for the beautiful log cabin quilt (sewn on treadle sewing machines by members of the Stitch and Chatter Quilt Club) was held at 7 p.m. the evening of the Christmas Stroll. Carolyn Heidel Johnson of Green Bay, Wisconsin was the lucky winner. Congratulations, Carolyn!
Ron Talcott, president of the museum, would like to especially thank the gals for donating their talents to make that lovely quilt. And to all of our friends for buying raffle tickets. We appreciate your support.
Duane Talcott of Hammond won the door prize drawing from the Powder River Historical Society the evening of the Christmas Stroll. It was a book titled “Montana Stirrups, Sage and Shenanigans: Western Ranch Life in a Forgotten Era”. Happy reading, Duane!
