Hazzard Boone Kinzer was born Sunday, 9/2/18, at 4:24pm. He weighed 8lbs 2oz was 20" long. He joins a circus of brothers and sisters who are all excited (mostly) that he is here! Hazzard's parents are Cody and Russ Kinzer of Broadus. Maternal grandparents are Richard & Jeanne Sparks of Broadus.
