Fairly slow 4th of July Holiday for Sheriff's Office

The Powder River County Sheriff’s Department had a fairly uneventful 4th of July week, according to Sheriff Allen Drane, Jr.

Deputy Brenden Stevenson arrested an individual on a felony warrant out of Yellowstone County during a traffic stop, a Delio Mance.

Mance was wanted for a felony charge of distribution of dangerous drugs. Yellowstone County came down and extradited him back to Billings.

Mance is apparently a rap artist, going by the name “G-money”, with videos of his exploits on Facebook…complete with wads of cash being proudly displayed, smoking of mysterious substances, and hype men packing Hi Point pistols.
