    The Broadus boys sealed up their first in school history "three-peat" district title on Saturday in Miles City. 2023 was the fourth year in a row that Broadus has been to a 4C District Championship game, coming in second in 2020. Since that point the Hawks have now won three in a row. Broadus had back to back titles in 1994 and 95, the only other time they have won two in a row at Districts.     A pair of Hawks wrestlers marched in the 2023 All Class State Wrestling Tournament "parade of athletes", as teams from across the Big Sky State entered MetraPark in Billings last Friday. Riggin Schaffer came into the tournament as the 6th seed from the Eastern Division at the B/C level at 145 lbs, while Reuben Kinzer was the 3rd seed from the East at 205.     The Lady Hawks played some of their finest basketball of the year over the weekend, as they sealed up a second place conference placing with a win against Wibaux on Friday, and played a strong game against Ekalaka on Saturday.     The Broadus Boys basketball sealed up their 4C conference championship with wins against Wibaux and Ekalaka over the weekend, making 2023 the 11th time Broadus has won their conference in the team's history, and only the fifth time to do so with an undefeated conference record.     Icy road conditions over the weekend forced the postponement of multiple sporting events over the weekend, including basketball games both Friday and Saturday and wrestling on Saturday. On Friday, St. Labre sent students home early due to freezing rain followed by snow, forcing the basketball games against Broadus to be cancelled.     Joey Williams of Volborg placed 6th at the Wrangler National Finals Breakaway Roping last week, in Las Vegas. Williams won Round 7 of the event with a 1.9 second performance.
