Courtesy Miles City BLM Fire personnel from the Miles City BLM Field Office will be conducting prescribed fire operations in the "Wild Horse Project" -- about 35 miles SE of Miles City, or around 7 miles northeast of Volborg. Approximately 3,000 acres are scheduled for treatment under this project, and burning may extend into the first days of October.
