Powder River Manor will be holding a summer carnival on June 27th, from 10:30 AM to Noon, on the front lawn at the Manor. June 13, 1924 Barn at N Barn Ranch Burns; Fire of Incendiary Origin Fire of incendiary origin destroyed the barn at the N Barn ranch between 4:30 and 5 o’clock last Friday afternoon. The loss of the barn and its contents inflicted a loss between $3,000 and $4,000 on the owner, J. Link Wilson. That barn was a frame structure that would hold thirty-two head of horses through it was not occupied by them at the time of the fire. Lame Deer, Mont. – The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is announcing that summer road work on a 12-mile portion of US Highway 212 (US 212) east of Lame Deer is scheduled to commence in June.
