On February 7 Powder River Rising Stars held a meeting. We discussed demonstrations. The club got to see one of the name plaques for the new road sign our club purchased. After the meeting we made Valentine's Day cards for the residents at the Manor. On March 9 Powder River Rising Stars held a meeting. Helena, Mont. – On Tuesday, March 16th, the Montana Department of Livestock (MDOL) received confirmation of the first case of terrestrial (non-bat) rabies in the state in 2021.
