The Broadus wrestling team took to the mats last Friday and Saturday at Sidney, for the Sidney Invitational. This meet features 32 teams from around Montana, the Dakotas, and states as far flung as Ohio and Washington. This season, the 11 member Broadus squad is large enough to compete in duals, both due to the number of kids out for wrestling and their weight distribution, which covers all but two of the weight classes. On November 24, 2021, Lisa Kay Eustice, proud mother, loving grandmother, sister and friend was set free at the age of 55. He started his education at the Two Tree school in Epsie, MT then moved on to graduate from Broadus High School in 1956. The Broadus boys varsity basketball team won their first two games of the season, last weekend at the Shamrock Classic tournament at Sacred Heart in Miles City. Aidyn Trusler (pictured above), former Broadus Elementary student and grandson of Tom and Suzanne Trusler of Powder River County has a role in the hit TV show Yellowstone, and is currently featured on episodes 6 through 9 of the current season, which is now airing on the Paramount Channel.
