    From ExxonMobil SPRING, Texas – Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) recently announced it has closed its acquisition of Denbury Inc. (NYSE: DEN) in an all-stock transaction valued at $4.9 billion, or $89.45 per share, based on ExxonMobil’s closing price on July 12, 2023. Seamann was sworn in by Justice of the Peace Cathy Landa in the courtroom, joining Sheriff Devin Boman, Undersheriff Ayche Draine, and Deputies Ishmael Perrin and Levi Mitchell on the force.     Thomas Oylear, a Senior at PRCDHS ran a 5K run at the Nike Cross Country Regional race in Boise, Idaho over the weekend. The invitational race puts the best High School XC runners from multiple states up against one another. Runners were invited from Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Idaho, Hawaii, and Alaska. The revenue responsible for our tax decrease was allocated from the 95 mills that is assessed to all state taxpayers. During the hearing of the public the board heard from school bus contractor John Blain, who showed the board pictures of the bus accident from earlier in the school year.     October was a month of extremes in Powder River County, with temperature in Broadus shifting 92 degrees in the space of just over a week, between October 19th and the 27th. The 88 degree high on the 19th was the highest temperature recorded during the month, while the -4 degree low on the 27th was the lowest.
