    By Amy Minow The Broadus Hawk cheerleaders are excited to host a Mini Cheer Camp on Wednesday, October 2nd, for local students in kindergarten through 6th grade! Participants will learn a variety of stunts, dances, and cheers from the cheer squad. The camp will take place in the high school auditorium from 3:45 to 6:00 p.m., and all campers will have the opportunity to perform at the Homecoming volleyball and football games.     Broadus Schools will celebrate Homecoming next week, from Sept. 30 to Oct. 4. Monday evening will be the coronation of Homecoming royalty, set for 7 pm at the high school. A bonfire of sorts will also be held on Monday evening. A newly updated bonfire system is set to be used, using propane instead of the cardboard box burning of yore.
