    With the beginning of the county’s fiscal year July 1st, Powder River County will take over control of ambulance service in the county. The move comes following Dick Jesse’s announcement that he would be retiring from Jesse Ambulance Service, which was started by Dick’s father, Ken, in the early 1960s.     The Broadus Boys team went into the 4C District Tournament seeded second in the District. In opening round action, Broadus faced off against Custer/ Hysham. Broadus came out of the tip- off looking like they were hungry for a win, going up 31-4 at halftime. Coach Richards rotated out his players and was able to play his freshmen players for a large portion of the game, as Broadus easily handled their opponents, winning 54-25.     The Broadus Lady Hawks finished out their season last week at the 4C District Tournament in Miles City. Broadus went into the tournament seeded fourth, and faced Wibaux in the opening round of play. Broadus had previously beaten Wibaux twice in the regular season, but the scores were close in each of those two meetings, with Broadus winning by six each time.
