Broadus traveled to Hardin last Saturday for their last test before the Divisional Tourney, at the Battle on the Big Horn Tournament, featuring pool play matches between 16 total teams. In pool play, wrestlers were split into one of several different pools for their weight class, which meant that competition only took place between those in the pool, and no medals were awarded. Girls The Broadus girls team continued to fight through injuries as they traveled to Ekalaka last week for a conference game, with one of the Lady Hawks' leading scorers, Abi Krantz, now out for the season with a knee injury. Doris Kay Meidinger left this earth to be with her son in Heaven on December 27, 2021, at her home in Terry, Montana. She was born to Harold and Ilene Meidinger of Terry on August 4, 1956, and was soon joined by her twin sister, Dora Fay. Doris grew up with her six siblings Charlene, Preston, Roland, Iva, Dora, and Linda, on the family's farm near Terry. The Montana Wool Growers Association (MWGA) membership held its annual meeting, on Saturday, December 3, during the 138th Annual MWGA Convention in Billings, MT.
